Android·Windows·macOS·Linux·Termux

Overview & Purpose

What is Clean IP & Resolver Finder?

The Scanner diagnostic utility inspects your local ISP and network routing to locate clean CDN IPs, reachable DNS resolvers, and open proxy ports. It is a benchmark and discovery tool, not a standalone VPN client.

When should you use it?

When you need clean IP ranges, responsive resolvers, or diagnostic network test results to configure your other clients.

Key Features

  • Multi-threaded clean IP scanner for CDN edge ranges
  • Automated DNS resolver response and packet loss analyzer
  • SNI reachability testing against active ISP filtering filters
  • Export results directly to clipboard or configuration files
  • Cross-platform desktop and mobile support

ARM64, x64, or Universal: Which file should I download?
Android
ARM64 is for most modern phones (since 2018); armeabi-v7a for older 32-bit devices. If unsure, choose Universal. x86 is for emulators.
Windows
x64 is for Intel and AMD computers. ARM64 is specifically for Windows on Snapdragon ARM laptops.
macOS
Check Apple Menu → About This Mac: Apple Silicon M1-M4 → ARM64; Intel processors → x64. Universal covers both.
Linux
amd64 and x86_64 are standard x64 architectures. DEB is for Debian/Ubuntu, RPM for Fedora/RHEL, and AppImage is standalone.
Requirements & Compatibility

Android 8.0+ or Windows 10/11 64-bit.

  2. 2

    Start IP/Resolver test

Click scan to evaluate latency, packet loss, and handshake completion across IP pools.

  3. 3

    Export best results

Copy the lowest latency clean IP or resolver into your WhiteDNS or WhiteVPN profile.

Important Notes & Limitations

Important Caveats & Limitations

  • Clean IPs change reachability dynamically based on ISP routing changes. Perform scans periodically.
  • The scanner itself does not tunnel traffic; use the discovered IPs inside compatible clients.
  • Running scans on metered mobile data consumes modest test packet bandwidth.
  • Ensure background downloads are paused during scan for accurate ping results.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a VPN app?

No. It is a testing and diagnostic utility that discovers working endpoints for VPN and tunnel clients.

How often should I scan?

Whenever your connection experiences degradation or increased latency on your current ISP.
