What is a Clean IP?
A Clean IP is an Anycast CDN IP address that has not been throttled or blocked by your internet service provider. Using a clean IP allows clients like WhiteVPN to establish TLS handshakes without packet resets.
Scanning for Clean IPs with the Scanner Tool
- Download and run Clean IP & Resolver Finder on Android or Windows.
- Select your active network operator (e.g. Mobile Carrier or Home Fiber).
- Start the IP Range scan. The tool tests HTTP/2 handshakes and round-trip ping.
- Copy the IP with the lowest latency and 0% loss.
- In WhiteVPN or WhiteDNS, paste the clean IP into your profile's Destination IP field.
